It’s that time of year again when the Belhus family comes together to remember Stewart and raise money for two very special charities.

As always, at the family’s request, we will proudly be supporting Help for Heroes. This year, our main charity is the Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Charity.

BRA is dedicated to raising awareness of breast reconstruction options following breast surgery, while providing invaluable support to those facing this journey.

This cause is especially close to the hearts of everyone at Belhus CC, as someone within our club family has personally benefited from the charity’s incredible support and asked if we could help raise awareness and funds for BRA. Their work has made a real difference, and we’d love to help ensure they can continue supporting others in the future.

Throughout the day, we’ll be raising money through a variety of activities, including games, raffles, our auction, and much more. There will be lots of cricket games, inflatables, a BBQ, and plenty more fun to be had by all. Whether you make a donation, take part in an activity, bid in the auction, or simply come along to support the day, every contribution—big or small—will make a real difference.

Thank you for helping us honour Stewart’s memory while supporting these two fantastic charities. We look forward to welcoming you all for another memorable day at Belhus Cricket Club!

As you know, the Belhus Cricket Club Charity Day is coming up on 30th August, and as always, we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
This year, we are raising money for the Breast Reconstruction Awareness Charity (BRA), which is dedicated to raising awareness of breast reconstruction and supporting those affected by breast cancer. BRA provides support bras, surgical booklets and funding for important research projects.
The charity has a very personal connection to our club, with someone close to us having benefited from the support BRA provides.
As part of the fundraising, our dear friend and club member Bobby Lille has very kindly agreed to have his hair cut on the day to help raise money for this fantastic cause! ✂️❤️
For those who know Bobby, you will appreciate that this is a massive thing for him, and we are incredibly grateful that he has agreed to take part and help support such a worthwhile charity.
The day will be packed with cricket, fundraising, fun and plenty of opportunities to get involved. We would love to see as many of you as possible there to support the club, support Bobby and, most importantly, support BRA.

Once again, we’re delighted to host Belhus CC’s Women & Girls Softball Festival on Monday 25 May 2026 (Bank Holiday Monday). Come along and help us celebrate women’s and girls’ cricket!

It promises to be a fantastic day of cricket, great food and drink, and family fun, with neighbouring clubs joining us for a brilliant community event.

‼️‼️STOLEN JOHN DEERE RIDE ON MOWER‼️‼️😡

Unfortunately last night some people broke into a triple locked container with an angle grinder, removed a perimeter fence post as not to be tracked by neighbouring cameras and stole our ride on mower!!!

This is not the first instance of machinery being stolen from cricket clubs in the area over the last few weeks.

Many volunteers have put lots of their time into helping us save for this piece of equipment and is used to provide a ground for many children in the community.

Could we please ask any members and friends of the club to let us know if anyone is offered this or knows where it might be.

Any help would be appreciated.🙏
