Another day of great drills, good laughs and a few aches to take home as a bonus.
Everytime I go to one of these seminars it reminds me of how important it is to keep learning, keep challenging yourself to improve, and to have fun while you do it.
A big thanks as always to Iain Abernethy for some fantastic pad drills, to Lee Mullan and Maldon Karate - Keiryu Practical Karate for hosting a great day, and to everyone I hit pads, and shared a few laughs with.

Build confidence, fitness, strength and the awareness of danger in todays society.

We focus on personal safety rather than competition and trophies, so if this is aomething you think sounds good for your children, contact us for more details.

Before the September return, come along to our Self Peotection Martial arts club to get 'School ready'
