Our brand new competition class is well underway, and what a start! ππ½
Weβre stripping it right back to the foundations β focusing on Hip Hop technique, ex*****on and, most importantly, the education behind the styles.
Education is power. π§ β¨ These dancers are learning where different Hip Hop steps and styles originated from, giving them a deeper understanding and appreciation of the culture behind the movement.
Theyβve then taken those new foundations and started using them to create their own movement and routines β encouraging individuality, creativity and confidence.
The engagement, focus and willingness to learn has been incredible! π₯
Weβre already so excited to see where this journey takes these dancers. This is just the beginningβ¦ π
