When you join us, be prepared to sweat and smile! Zumba® works by mixing high and low intensity moves to Latin and World rhythms to create an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. No wonder it's called "exercise in disguise". Classes at this venue: Zumba® on Mondays and Thursdays. All classes are 6.45pm - 7.45pm.
