Most of us are bad for continuously putting ourselves under so much pressure to make massive changes overnight….

But realistically, it’s the small things you repeat that change you.

One more session.
One better choice.
Getting back on track after a s**t day instead of writing off the whole week.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

1% better today. Then do it again tomorrow.

The next 6 weeks are CRUCIAL… 🫣

I’m feeling the pressure, not going to lie 😂

There are moments where I think, “What the actual f**k have I taken on?” 😭😂

But every time I feel it getting on top of me, I remember one thing…

I absolutely THRIVE under that s**t 😂😝

Life is all about taking risks — don’t I know it.

This is probably the biggest risk I’ve ever taken, and there’s still SO much to get done, so many decisions to make and probably another 500 things to go wrong 😂

But another week is down. It’s been extremely stressful this week with things not going to plan but everything always works out eventually and it’s looking that way…

The vision is getting closer.

And the clock is ticking… ⏰👀

6 weeks. Let’s see what we can do. 🖤

Opening a business really shows you how much the little things matter.

A share. A message. A recommendation. Someone asking, “How’s the gym coming along?”

You might think it’s nothing, but when you’re building something from the ground up, you notice every single bit of support. 🖤

One day these rooms will be full, the music will be loud and KM Coaching Club will just be the gym.

But I’ll always remember the people who were excited about it when it was still just an empty building and a massive idea in my head.

It’s the people who share your posts before there’s anything impressive to show. The ones who recommend you before the doors are even open. The ones who believe in the vision just as much as you 🚀⭐.

“Awk, I’ll just wait until January…”

We’re officially at that time of year. 😂

Summer’s over.
The darker nights are coming in.
Christmas will be here before we know it.

And suddenly everyone starts thinking…

“I’ll get back into it in January.”

But there are still 117 DAYS until the new year.

117 days?!

Why would you write off more than THREE MONTHS of your life waiting for a date on the calendar to tell you it’s time to start?

Imagine what you could do in 117 days.

You could get stronger.
You could improve your fitness.
You could build a routine that actually sticks.
You could feel better in your clothes.
You could have more energy.
You could completely change how you feel about training.

KM Coaching Club is getting closer and closer… and I genuinely want YOU involved in what we create. 🖤

I’ve got about 738 decisions left to make 😂 but ultimately, I’m building this place for the people who are going to walk through those doors every week.

So tell me…

If you could add ONE thing to this gym, what would it be?

A certain machine?
A proper sled track?
More classes?
A certain class?
A certain coffee waiting for you after training? 😂☕️
Somewhere for the kids?
Something completely different?

I want to hear the things that would make you think:

“YES. Finally, a gym that actually thought about that.”

Some of the ideas you give me might genuinely end up inside KM Coaching Club. 👀

I hate to admit this but the last month or so I’ve been in my “I’m training… but what am I actually doing?” era 😂

I’m still training 3–4 times a week.
I’m still moving.
I’m still getting sessions done.

But if I’m being truthful, there’s been very little structure to any of it lately.

And I’ve realised my already chaotic brain needs structure.

Because when there’s no programme written down telling me exactly what I’m doing, suddenly I’m very good at avoiding every exercise I don’t particularly fancy 😂

Bulgarian split squats?
Not on the imaginary programme today.

Running?
Absolutely not.

Anything that looks particularly horrific?
“F**k it, I’ll do something else.” 😂

And that’s the problem.

I know I train better when I have something to follow. I know I eat better when I’m tracking my calories. I know I push harder when I’m recording my sessions and trying to progress rather than just turning up and winging it.

Structure actually gives my brain LESS to think about.

No negotiating with myself.
No deciding what I fancy doing that day.
No wondering whether I’ve done enough.

It’s written down. I do it. I track it. I move on.

So I think it’s time to get back to basics for a while:

Calories tracked. Training programmed. Sessions logged. Progress measured.

Not because I need to be perfect, but because apparently giving myself too much freedom results in me avoiding Bulgarian split squats and fighting for my f**king life on the Ski. 😂

And honestly, I think a lot of people get stuck in this exact limbo — you’re still training, but you’re not really training towards anything.

Time to change that. 🖤

Nobody tells you how many decisions go into opening a gym 😂…..Move house x10

One minute I’m choosing dumbbells, the next I’m discussing electrics, café counters, flooring, access systems, lighting… and whether a sign should be 20cm further to the left.

Then it’s back to equipment, layouts, memberships, changing rooms, coffee machines, furniture, music systems… the list genuinely never ends. 😂

Some days it feels like I’ve made 100 decisions before 10am, and then somehow another 100 appear.

But every decision, every quote, every measurement and every change of mind is getting us one step closer.

And I keep reminding myself why I’m doing it.

I don’t want KM Coaching Club to feel like just another gym.

I want to create somewhere you actually want to come to.

Train.
Have a coffee.
Meet people.
Bring the kids.
Get stronger.
Build confidence.
Feel comfortable.
Belong.

Somewhere you can walk through the door regardless of where you’re starting from and feel like there’s a place for you.

There’s still a LOT to do, and I’m sure there are another 4,738 decisions waiting for me 😂 but slowly… it’s all starting to come together.

And seeing something that has been in my head for so long actually becoming real is pretty special. 🖤

Please don’t.

You don’t need to get fit before joining a gym.

You don’t need to know how to lift weights.

You don’t need new gym clothes.

You don’t need to be able to run.

And you definitely don’t need to walk through the door knowing what you’re doing.

That’s literally what the coaching is for.

KM Coaching Club isn’t being built for the fittest person in the room.

It’s being built for the person who wants to get stronger, feel better and finally find something they can stick to.
