🌿🐾 Last week at Sonomatic Aberdeen, the Team proudly wore their green attire in support of Mental Health Awareness Week!🌱💚
As part of our commitment to promoting mental well-being, we had a fun filled afternoon of trivia, step count challenges and good, meaningful conversation. We also had the pleasure of hosting special guests, PawPalz, a remarkable local support group that combines the healing power of animals and the therapeutic benefits of walking – They are truly inspiring🐶🚶♀️.
Wear it Green Day isn't just about the colour; it's about encouraging an environment where conversations about mental health can be had and stigma can be ended🗣️💬. Through initiatives like this, we aim to raise awareness, show support and remind everyone that it's okay not to be okay🤝.
Let's continue to spread kindness, compassion and understanding, not just today, but every day. Together, we can make a difference💪💚.
