Hi everyone 👋🏻 A few things…

1. THANK YOU so much for all the amazing support at classes this week after sharing the news that I have a baby on the way 👶🏼 It’s been a really special week and I have definitely felt so much love from you all! 🥰

2. Summer? Completed it mate! 🙌🏻🤣 Turnouts during the summer holidays have been better than I expected, so thanks everyone for your brilliant attendance 💃🏼🕺

3. I am now taking a summer break. Classes return as normal from Tuesday 2nd September 🥳

✨✨ZUMBATHON✨✨ Thank you so much and well done to my amazing Zumba peeps who joined yesterday’s Zumbathon for St Oswald’s Hospice. You all smashed it!!! 💃🏼😅🎵

These things take a lot of time to put together so well done to Nat for organising, all of the instructors who took part and all of the participants who showed up to dance and raise money for charity 👏🏻

I’m told the total is over £1,500 which incredible!!! 🫶🏻

Friday mornings Zumba Gold class is always such a joyous way to end the week! 😍 Thank you to this mornings crew (pictured) for a brilliant class 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

A little bit about Zumba Gold…

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity, low-impact dance fitness class designed for active older adults, beginners, or anyone needing a gentler approach to fitness.

There are no jumpy or twisty movements, meaning it’s much gentler on the joints. 🧡

Zumba Gold features easy-to-follow choreography set to Latin and international rhythms, and catchy pop songs. 🎵

The ultimate goal is to provide a fun workout that builds strength, stamina and energy at a comfortable pace.🤩

My Zumba Gold ladies love the class because many of them are retired so it gives them a good routine, a fun way to get fitter and meet new people! 🙌🏻
