Goole Town Tigers JFC ForeverTigers ⚽️ Welcome to Goole Town Tigers Junior Football Club. We now have nearly 400 registered players.

Goole Town Tigers JFC was first established back in 2000 and are proud to be a FA Charter Standard club and ERCAS registered. We are extremely proud to see that as a club we have developed from 1 team to 26 teams confirmed this season ranging from our Tiny Tigers in the under 6’s right through to our under 16 teams which now includes 3 Girl teams. We offer fun & friendly football sessions to the local community run by our FA qualified, FA DBS approved coaches, who also have their FA emergency first aid and FA safeguarding training. Over 40 or our Tiger players have gone on to sign academy forms for Hull City, Hull City Ladies, Scunthorpe United, Rotherham United and Doncaster Rovers over the years. Our home ground is West Park in Goole where most Saturdays you will see some of our teams in action. 🐯🔥 WHAT. A. GAME! 🔥🐯

UNDER 14 WHITES 3 – 4 WEST END TERRIERS BLUES

Our Tigers welcomed West End Terriers Blues to West Park this morning for the lads’ second fixture of the new season and WOW, what a game we witnessed!

With Oz A, Zac D and Pat unavailable, we had just 13 players to call upon. On paper, this was one of the toughest tests we could face, with West End narrowly missing out on promotion to the Premier Division last season.

And the lads certainly knew they were in a game!

West End started brightly and took the lead inside the opening 10 minutes.

But our Tigers didn’t panic.

We regrouped, took control of the midfield and started to really put our stamp on the game.

1-1 James whipped in a superb inswinging corner and Dylan rose highest to head home!

Then, just five minutes before the break...

Noah unleashed an absolute THUNDERBOLT from 20 yards, giving the Terriers keeper absolutely no chance!

🔥 2-1 TIGERS AT HALF-TIME! 🔥

The second half was every bit as dramatic.

West End came out flying and deservedly levelled the game at 2-2.

But our lads hit straight back!

Noah beat the offside trap, rounded the keeper and calmly slotted home to put the Tigers back in front!

3-2 🐯

Both keepers were now producing big saves, with our number one Riley making a fantastic stop to keep us ahead.

Unfortunately, West End reacted quickest to the rebound and tapped home another equaliser.

Then came the final twist...

Another stunning 25-yard strike, but this time it was the visitors who found the winner late on.

3-4

Heartbreak for our lads.

But what a performance.

What a game.

And what an advert for Under 14s football.

Both sets of players gave absolutely everything and deserved the standing ovation they received as they left the pitch.

It just wasn’t to be for our Tigers today, we go again 🧡🖤

A seriously tough decision today with so many great performances.

🧡 Lenny — absolutely superb! Tough tackling, excellent passing and a brilliant all-round performance.

🖤 Stash — as we continue to carefully ease him back following his really bad injury, it was fantastic to see his confidence, composure and all-round play on show today.

U15 Whites carried on their good start to season at Delta today with another win.... Much the same as last week though they made hard work of it leaving the pitch 3-1 down at half time. The second half was much different with the Tigers dominance starting to come through... The opposite side barely got a chance .. soon enough it was 3-2 and the Tigers grabbed another one in quick succession to level the scores. With the game tied at 3-3 going onto the final moments and getting really scrappy with both sides going for the win Callum Lester popped up with a cracking strike from 25 yards out and lobbed the keeper....... Absolute scenes at Delta. The lads showed great spirit today and the coaches just want them to show this at the start of the game instead of leaving it till the second half. But claps all round lads 👏

Goole Town Tigers Under 8 Yellows proudly show off their new strip for the 2026/27 season.

This newly formed team forced a credible score in their first home game of the season against a very good Allerton Bywater under 8 black side.

In atrocious weather conditions at West Park this morning the team continued their very positive start to life in the Selby and District League and if they continue to learn and improve can look forward to a successful season.

Goole Town Tigers JFC Team U7 Orange enjoyed a memorable milestone as they took part in their first ever 3v3 match at home against North Duffield Dragons U7 Fire.
The young Tigers put in a fantastic performance, playing amazingly as a team, supporting each other and giving 100% effort throughout. Despite the heavy rain, their spirits remained high, with determination and lots of smiling faces.
The whole team and their coaches came away feeling incredibly proud!
A huge well done to all the players for their fantastic teamwork and effort. A wonderful first 3v3 experience for the Tigers!
A huge thank you to the amazing coaches, and a special mention to the coaches at North Duffield for all the positive praise for both teams and for guiding our Tigers coaches through today's match, passing on their knowledge to us as we start this journey.

Goole Town Tigers Under 14 - Askern Under 14

Today was always going to be a tough day with last seasons top goal scorers not available.
Added to that we had 3 key players carrying injuries.
We let our head drop a little in first half and regrouped as we got into the second half.
Great performances from Oz H and Oz A working hard to cover our gaps.
Ajay D battled on with an injury and scored a screaming free kick.
Well deserved parents player of match award to Jude.
Coaches player was Tristan F.

Congratulations to Noah W today. Last seasons top goal scorer was unavailable today due to a well earned call up to the East Riding County Under 14 team.
Although a huge loss for us the whole team wished him luck for his first match.

⚽ Goole Town Tigers U10 Blacks v Sherburn White Rose Tigers ⚽

Goole Town Tigers U10 Blacks travelled to Sherburn in Elmet on a damp and windy morning, with just seven players making it to the football field today.

The message to the team was simple: play your best, have fun, and enjoy your football. And that’s exactly what the Tigers set out to do. 💙⚽

Both teams put everything into every part of the match, battling hard from start to finish despite the difficult weather conditions. Even when the heavens opened and a downpour came during the game, the Tigers kept going, showing fantastic determination and never letting the weather get in the way of their football. 🌧️⚽💪

Goole Town Tigers showed some fantastic teamwork, with some excellent passing, strong tackling and great support for one another. The boys worked hard as a team, encouraging each other and never giving up.

With only seven players available, every player gave 100% and should be incredibly proud of their effort and attitude today. 👏

A big well done to all the Tigers — great teamwork, great effort and, most importantly, plenty of enjoyment on the pitch! 🐯💙⚽

What a way to start the season! ⚽🔥

Girls, what a fantastic first game of the season — a 10–0 victory! 👏

We started brilliantly, and within the first 10 minutes, Albina calmly stepped up to score the opening goal from the penalty spot. From there, we created chance after chance. We had plenty of opportunities before half-time, but we didn’t manage to convert them — something we can continue to improve.

Then came the second half, and what a response! Nine goals in 35 minutes! The team played with much more confidence, movement, and, most importantly, a much better understanding of how to play together.

A special mention goes to Poppy for her fantastic four-goal haul, Lilly for her hat-trick, and Ella for scoring two goals. 👏⚽

But today wasn’t just about the goals. I was really pleased to see better teamwork, more passing, more movement, and a real desire to win. That’s exactly what we need to keep building throughout the season.

A big well done to Magdalen and Sophye on their debuts. You both did really well, and I hope this is the first of many great games for you in this team. ❤️👏

We must enjoy this result, but remember — this is only the beginning. We keep working, improving, playing for each other, and maintaining that winning mentality.

Goole Town Tigers U12 Yellows 7 v Snaith Rockets U12 Blues 1

A game played in what felt like all four seasons at the Centenary Road ground, nets made an appearance onto the goal posts, the pitch cut shorter than a Pasture Road Turkish Fade and a sparkly new match ball very kindly sponsored by Roger Ellwood of Elwood’s Electrical providing the spark to ignite a fantastic performance.

There have been some epic tussles between the two teams over the years and it was the visitors who took the lead with a long range shot that trickled under the keepers arms to silence the home crowd.

Instead of getting down Goole stuck to their guns and played with maturity, intelligence and skill as the game plan kicked in, two midfielders distributing the ball quickly and simply into space to feed the front three who all were candidates for performance of the day.

Sonny Law so often the case putting his body where others wouldn’t and powering through on the opposition goal to equal the honours followed by a quick two goals in 7 minutes from the ever dangerous Zakk Vale and another by Sonny that took the Yellows into a comfort zone that they built on and never looked back, it was in the last kick of the first half that Sonny Law completed his hat-trick and send Goole 4-1 up at the break, a devastating performance.

As the rain drove down and the coaches hair started to curl Goole kept up the pressure and were relentless on the Snaith Goal, the introduction of wing wizard Flymo Freddie Thornhill, a pure left footer, was emphatic, two long range efforts put the smile on his face that lights up the team, Sonny Law was substituted in the final moments to take the applause from the home support for his three goals and his replacement Zakk Vale smashed another goal into the top corner to seal the result at 7-1.

The game was a nod to the potential of the team, showing what good looks like and a level to maintain over the coming weeks.

Man of the match was Charlie Collins, a change of position midway through the game saw an attacker play as a cultured wing back with electrifying results, the boys who’ve started big school matched it with a big performance on the football pitch.

The beautiful autumnal morning would soon be shattered by heavy downpours and raining goals into the Tigers net!

Extremely tough start for the boys but we dry ourselves off and go again!
