WonHwaDo (WHD) is a new Korean Martial art. Its origin however, stems back into ancient Korean culture. The old traditional method of praying was by means of rubbing the palms of both hands together in a circular fashion, representing Yin and Yang. Just short reminder about our new time table for our WonHwaDo sessions at Wonhwado Martial Arts Club Gloucester .

Fridays we are closed ❌ 🔐 🚫

New opening hours are:

Tuesday from 19:00 - 20:15 kids and adults session
from 20:15 - 21:00 only adults

Sunday - No change here
from 11:00 - 12:15 kids session
from 12:15 - 13:30 adult session

Another proof that age is just a number. Great job master Jorge Cardoso . Who you don't know master Jorge he was one of the first pioneer of WonHwaDo in Europe and help us establish strong WonHwaDo tradition in Slovakia and I personaly count myself as a follower and developer of his wok that time.

Another good tip for good warm up game for kids session anywhere. We use this game time to time here at Wonhwado Martial Arts Club Gloucester . Ideal example of nice balance between mustle and brain skills. 🏃 🧠 ❌ ⭕
