Our swimmers are learning essential skills to help them stay safe and confident in and around the water. From safe pool entry and exit techniques to floating, treading water, and understanding basic water safety rules, every lesson is designed to build confidence and awareness.

Water safety is a life skill, and we’re proud to help our swimmers develop the knowledge and habits that can keep them safe while having fun in the water.
