THIS SUNDAY:
Deep relaxation with the Tibetan singing bowls. If you haven't tried this before give it a go! All you have to do is lie down and let me guide you through a meditation and then let go. Prepare to be transported to another place.

Last Kingsway Community Centre yoga this morning as I'm relocating. Not sure where yet, but keep an eye out. :)

Next week will be my last Kingsway Community Centre Yoga session as the uptake is just not viable. However I am looking for another venue, so please keep an eye out for my yoga sign.
