We are one week away from our debut at the excellent Dynamite Adventure Golf constructed by UrbanCrazy and hosted by Dragonfly Leisure Centres.

Dragonfly have kindly put up some great prizes for our novice entrants with the top 3 receiving free minigolf passes. We will also be providing some additional small cash prizes along with medals and a trophy for the novice winner!

There will also be the usual category medals along with Womens and Junior divisions.

Entries are now open for the 2026 British Open, taking place on 26th & 27th September at Hastings Adventure Golf's Pirate Course.

The British Open is the longest-running minigolf tournament in Britain and one of the world's most prestigious adventure golf events. Since its first championship in 1998, the tournament has welcomed many of the world's finest advneture golf players and continues to attract a strong international field.

Defending champion Adam Kelly returns looking to retain his title after securing his third British Open crown in 2025. Once again, the tournament forms part of the WMF World Adventure Golf Tour, with the winner earning a place in the 2027 World Adventure Golf Tour Final.

We are now taking entries for the British Minigolf Grand Prix being held on Sunday 6th September.

This fast paced singles & doubles event heads to Dynamite Adventure Golf, Dragonfly Leisure Centres in Midsomer Norton for an exciting weekend featuring three rounds of individual strokeplay and two rounds of alternate shot doubles.

Designed by our tour sponsors UrbanCrazy, the course promises plenty of ace opportunities alongside holes that will test even the most experienced players. The defending singles champion is Steve Hunt, whilst Rachel King & David Woodcock will be looking to retain their doubles crown.

With 4 strokeplay events to go we have an update on the first ever Tim 'Aceman' Davies Aces Championship that will be awarded to the player with the most aces over the course of the season in ranked strokeplay events.

Congratulations to Gary Combs of the Dragons Minigolf Club on his maiden victory at the BMGA Singles Matchplay which took place at Play2Day Wisbech last weekend. Gaz beat the 2025 defending champion, Balazs Tompa after 17 holes. The podium was completed by David Woodcock who had yet another impressive showing.

In the 'plate' section of the draw, there was a Father-Son battle between the Matt and Finn McPherson for the gold medal. Finn took his dad all the way to hole 18 in what was a fantastic low scoring match but in the end it was Matt who triumphed. Martin Greenhead secured 3rd place in the plate ensuring a full Gloucester Aces Minigolf Club podium.

A message to participants of tournaments this weekend.

At the request of Play2Day, due to potential damage to the course, glass balls cannot be used on the course for the rest of the day.

A decision will be made tomorrow and Sunday regarding use of glass balls. This is at the discretion of the course.

At 9.30 the Singles Matchplay draw will be taking place ready for tomorrow’s tournament .
