We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team!

Do you have a passion for the equestrian and country lifestyle? Are you confident, approachable and enjoy helping customers find exactly what they need? We’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be an important part of our store team, providing excellent customer service and helping customers with everything from riding essentials and horse care products to country clothing and footwear.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Welcoming customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
* Advising customers on equestrian, country clothing and footwear products
*Assisting customers to load feed & bedding into vehicles
* Operating the till and handling cash and card payments
* Replenishing stock and keeping the shop well presented
* Receiving deliveries and assisting with stock management
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Helping customers with product queries and recommendations
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day store operations

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
* Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Confident working as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
* Passionate about horses, equestrian sport or the country lifestyle
* Previous retail experience is desirable, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important
