What a great way to end our time in Sheffield! Ishi has a great 200 IM heat swim to earn a spot in the final where she places 9th 🤩 👏🏻

Denis finished his summer champs yesterday with the 200 back. 👏🏻👏🏻

Today Ishi races in the 200IM in Sheffield and Monty the 50 fly in Swansea. 🍀🍀

Monty has a great 100 free in Swansea finishing just off his entry time.
In Sheffield Denis has 2 cracking heat swims quicker than his entry times. He finished 12th in the 50 fly just missing out on the final. In the 100 back his time placed him first into the final where he achieved another pb and won gold🥇🤩

Tomorrow Monty races the 50 free and Denis races the 200 back

Monty has a good 200 free in Swansea finishing in exactly the same time as his entry time.
In Sheffield Denis finished 17th in the 100 fly and Ishi 14th in the 50 fly.
Mae S also swam the 50 fly under Gloucester, went into the final where she placed 2nd 🥈

Tomorrow Monty races the 100 free and Denis races the 100 back and 50 fly.

Rebecca had a good swim in Sheffield this morning placing 15/22 in the 18 and over age group. 👏🏻👏🏻

Tomorrow Denis goes in heat 7 of the 100 fly and Ishi in heat 7 of the 50 fly. 🍀🍀

In Wales Monty starts his racing at the Welsh National meet competing in heat 4 of the 200 free 🍀
