NOBODY HAS A RIGHT TO TOUCH YOU! - Recently I’m hearing of more and more incidents reference men approaching women, making them feel uncomfortable or threatened, following them and of inappropriate touching and behaviour.
It is better to know some self defence and hopefully never have to use it.
At best this will arm you with some useful skills, increase your confidence and awareness. Serious element but fun too with a cool group of women.

A fun-filled day was had by all at the YACs Xmas Bash on Sunday. Having exclusive use of Roots Café, we were able to bring 21 young adult carers together to have some much-needed time out, a chance to have fun and meet new people. Throughout the day a variety of taster workshops and craft activities were on offer including marital arts, song-writing, pom-pom making, Lego building and so much more! 🎄🎅🏼

A big thanks to Rai at Dragon Martial Arts Gloucester and The Music Works for donating their times and skills. We'd also like to thank The Midcounties Co-operative and John Lewis & Partners Cheltenham providing food & drinks for the event and a special shout out to our volunteers Ros, Judy, Paul, Galina and Abbie.
