Hello everyone! 🩵

I hope you’re all well and enjoying the summer.

I’m sorry I’ve been a little quiet recently. I’ve been dealing with a few health issues over the last couple of months and have been having some tests and investigations, so things have been a little up in the air.

You may have noticed my small name change. With everything that has been going on, I’ve made the decision to take a step back from teaching aqua. As much as I’ve loved it, swimming has always been my main focus, and I’ve realised that aqua was taking away the little energy I had left to put into my swim business and, most importantly, my family.

So, I’m taking a little step back, focusing on what matters most and finding the right balance moving forward. 🩵

I also just wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Chloe & Kayleigh for your patience, understanding and continued support over the last few weeks. It really does mean so much to me. You’ve kept HB Swimming ticking over whilst I’ve not been at my best.
