💙 A Gentle but Important Reminder About Supervision & Safety 💙

At Xtreme Trampoline & Soft Play, we want every child to have the opportunity to enjoy their visit, and we welcome children with a wide range of abilities and additional support needs.

Our Rainbow Sessions on Thursdays are designed to provide a quieter, calmer environment, with reduced numbers and lower noise levels, which can make the experience more comfortable for children who may benefit from a less busy environment.

We understand that Thursdays may not always be suitable for every family, and children with additional needs are welcome at our other sessions too, provided that their individual needs can be safely accommodated within our facilities and the appropriate supervision is in place.

We kindly ask that parents, carers or support workers remain with and actively supervise any child who requires additional support at all times, particularly where a child may not fully understand or be able to follow our safety instructions.

This is especially important around our trampoline and airbag areas. Jumping onto another person's trampoline, entering an area at the wrong time, or using the airbag incorrectly can create a serious risk of injury, both to the child themselves and to other children.

Our staff are always here to help where they can, but they cannot provide one-to-one supervision, personal care or specialist support, and we do not have specialist equipment such as hoists or facilities to meet every individual need.

If you are unsure whether our facilities are suitable for your child's particular needs, please contact us before booking. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and help you decide whether Xtreme is an appropriate and safe environment for your child.
