And that’s a wrap on junior club champs for another year! Thanks to everyone involved in making it such a great event and especially to our young superstars who all did themselves proud playing terrific matches with great sportsmanship, and to our amazing coaching team. Hard to capture the buzz there was yesterday in photos but I think everyone who was there knows Woodend is a pretty special place and even more so when the sun shines! Finalist photos to follow.

Make an afternoon of it. We have good tennis, good chat and good food. Oh and actual sunshine. No gazebos needed for once.

A huge win for our 9U team tonight who won the play-off for the West of Scotland Gold division league against a very strong Whitecraigs team. Excellent performances and sportsmanship from all. Well done boys! 🏆🥇🌟

Well another Woodend Gala Day done. A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along despite the really awful weather.

It was a crazy afternoon of sunshine showers and oh hail but we hope a good time was had by all.

Dalmuir, Partick, Woodend and Yarrow Rec will all be competing for a place in next week’s final, to be held at Yarrow Rec BC.
