Here's what I'd do if I had to start over after 20 years of training ⬇️

1. Set A Goal ✅
Set a relevant goal that is important to YOU. Not to everyone else on social media. And be TIME/OUTCOME SPECIFIC!

2. Form A Strength Base 🏋🏼‍♀️
Regardless of what sport or modality you want to pursue, physical strength underpins every single aspect of successful, progressive, long term training.

3. Get A Coach 👨🏼‍⚕️
You take guidance for every other aspect of your life. You need to prioritise your lifestyle too. The best investment you can make is with your own health.

4. Don't Follow Trends 🎦
Hyrox. Running. Pilates. Probably all you hear about. These are all great, but the point of training is to ENJOY what you're doing. This is what keeps your training sustainable and consistent.

5. Have A Positive Mindset
Improving your capability in and out of the gym is an incredible way to be able to spend your time. Stay positive and watch how easy it is to remain on track with your plan!

If you need help to apply these today, contact me now and we can get started on your first 6 weeks 🤝🏼

1. You build real world strength 💪🏼
The best way to develop functional movement patterns and strength that you can apply to daily life.

2. It's scalable 📈
You don't need to master pull-ups right away.
Beginner or elite, you can scale back difficulty to match your current level.

3. You can train anywhere ⛱️
Perfect for short, intense training sessions when you're time or location restricted (ideal for holidays ☀️)

4. Improve mobility and flexibility 🤸🏼‍♂️
Building relative strength through full ranges of motion has the additional benefits of lengthening your muscles at their end range and creating stability.

5. Progress becomes addictive 🙂‍↕️
Improving skills and becoming more physically capable after consistent effort is extremely rewarding.
