A huge thank you to AutisFun for inviting me along to bring a little CC Lemon Dance Fitness chaos to their wonderful parents’ group 👯‍♀️

AutisFun does such important work supporting autistic children and their families, and I think it’s equally lovely that they create opportunities for parents to have some time for themselves too — to move, laugh, switch off and just have some fun. 💛

And we definitely did plenty of that! 😂

Thank you so much for having me and for making me feel so welcome. I absolutely loved it and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again in November! 🥰
