All Levels Gi Class (Kids and Teens)

A brand new class open to everyone, with training split by age and experience so everyone gets the right level of challenge and support. Two coaches on the mats means more attention, more learning, and more time developing real skills.

Whether your child is brand new to grappling or already part of the team, this class is designed to help them improve, build confidence, and enjoy the process.

Followed by our Judo class at 1000-1100, an great combo!

NEW Saturday 9AM Gi Class

From this weekend, our 0900–10000session becomes Gi All Levels.

The class will be split by age & experienced and covered by two coaches.

Our experienced students will still be getting their comp rounds and technical work.

The class is open to all students and new members.

Our Kids & Teens MMA classes build confidence, fitness, and real skills — all in a fun, safe environment. Beginners and all experience levels are welcome! Start today with a two-week free trial.
