We’d like to wish the very best of luck to two amazing hospice supporters, Gillian and Hazel, who are cycling from Venice to Milan this October to raise funds for .

The four-day challenge will cover 520km, including a climb to the Madonna del Ghisallo, 754m above Lake Como.

Another week with TWO 500 Plaques going up on the wall.

Rob Calderwood was on Monday and on FRIDAY 25th at 9.30am Ann Johnston will be reaching the fantastic milestone.

Ann and her sister Katrina (already on the wall) have been side by side on the bikes since 2017.
Our first twins on the wall !! 😁😁

Rob Calderwood is getting his name on the wall - the plaque is ready.

500 Classes !!

Rob likes only two of the bikes in the Studio - the one beside the wall as soon as you step into the Studio and the "sh***un" stage bike !!
The latter is where he will be tonight at 6pm.
