We held a wet but sold out Ping fitting day yesterday at Killermont. Gordon was on hand to give lots of valuable advice and despite the weather think everyone enjoyed it. If you want to discuss changes to your golf clubs whether it’s one club or more get in touch.

Good luck to the 3 juniors who qualified for the knock out stages of the Club Championship which start tonight. Cameron Burns faces Dan Forbes, Seamus Maccuish is up against last year’s Champion Johnny King and Archie MacMillan has drawn Clark Nelson.

Great to see guests Brian Whittle, John Regis, Derek Redmond, Tom McKean & Greg Gilbert out enjoying some time on the fairways at Gailes.

Glasgow Golf Club junior team retaining the Gray Lockhart Trophy at Killermont this afternoon in a close fought match against Royal Burgess. Mr Lockhart presented the trophy that he and Jim Gray donated when they were both Captain’s at their respective clubs.

And that’s a wrap on junior summer camp 2026. Thanks to everyone who came along. 4 days of golf in the sun, who’d have believed it.
