“I’m new to the gym, if I join will someone be able show me around and how to use the equipment correctly?”

Absolutely! 🙌🏻

We run gym induction classes every Saturday and Sunday at 12pm, perfect for anyone who wants a proper introduction to the gym and our equipment.

We also offer show arounds every single day. Just ask at reception or drop us a message and we’ll get you booked in 💪🏻

Everyone starts somewhere. Don’t let being new to the gym put you off joining the Commando community ❤️

WE’RE HIRING 📢💪

We’re looking for someone to join the Commando X-Fit team in a Hybrid Coaching / Receptionist Role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already Personal Training qualified or currently working towards their PT qualification, with aspirations of building a career in the fitness industry.

The role will be a mix of:

🏋️ Shadowing our coaches during classes and PT sessions, learning first-hand what it takes to work as a Personal Trainer at Commando X-Fit.

🌅 Early morning reception shifts Wednesday-Friday welcoming our amazing members, helping with day-to-day enquiries and being a friendly face around the gym.

🧹 Gym upkeep - helping us maintain the high standards we expect across the facility.

📚 Learning & development - gaining hands-on experience alongside our coaching team while developing your skills and confidence as a PT.

We’re looking for someone who is hard-working, reliable, great with people and genuinely passionate about fitness and helping others.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to gain real experience, learn from our coaching team and potentially progress into a larger coaching/PT role within Commando X-Fit.

We’re back bigger and better than ever Saturday 28th November in support of another amazing charity St Andrew's Hospice 🫶🏻
