We had a fantastic time today delivering Self Defence classes for students at St Monica’s Primary School for the active schools day!

🚀Over 180 children learned & demonstrated what it means to be bright & brave!

Excellent focus & determination from all of the children! 🍎

In the classes we focused on:

🛡️ What is self defence.
🧠 How to deal with your own intrusive thoughts & feelings.
🖐️ How to avoid dangerous situations.
🥊 How to deal with threats if we cannot escape or avoid.
