Keep it simple⠀

Part of the reason our members see results is that we keep it to the basics.⠀

The more things you have to think about, the more likely you are to fail.⠀

You can get overwhelmed,⠀

There’s so much conflicting info out there, you don’t know what to do, who to trust etc…⠀

That’s why we try remove as much of it from your hands as possible.⠀

We sort out the rest for you.
There’s a version of you that will hold you back.⠀

On Sunday we did our first member event in a while…⠀

I absolutely love these sessions.⠀
⠀
It brings all our members together - the people that come in the morning get to see other clients they haven’t seen in months/years because they only do evenings.⠀
⠀
Far too often in gyms everything gets a bit cliquey, and it’s off-putting.⠀
⠀
That’s not the case here.⠀
⠀
Just members helping each other out and showing consent support.⠀
⠀
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together 💪

I’ve been at this for a while 👀😂⠀

It’s not an exaggeration when I said I’ve coached well over 1,000 women.⠀

When most coaches say this, they’re maybe counting taking classes in commercial gyms as ‘coaching’.⠀

I’m talking as actual clients.⠀

Which means, whatever issue a client comes to me with… I’ve probably already dealt with it.⠀

This means I’m having around 10 conversations every day with people that are interested in joining.⠀

With that, comes a lot of people that will talk themselves out of joining.⠀

No matter what it is, you’ll be able to find a reason not to do it.⠀

Then the majority of the time people do this, it’ll be another 2-3 months before they get the courage to even enquire in to another gym.⠀
