When embarking on a physique transformation you look at two things…
The condition and the composition
We often chase the level of body fat to come down and aiming to lose the belly
But at Kane Coaching, we don’t want our clients to just lose loads of belly fat and get skinny
We deliver a completely different shape to their physique

One that you like how your biceps fill out the arms of your t shirt

Now the biggest thing for Stu here isn’t the 15kg, the abs, or the before and after
It is the WHO he has became
Someone with confidence, resilience, and self assurance

Simply putting effort in is not going to merit you getting results
If that were the case, most of you guys would already be in the shape you want to be in
I look back at this old photo in particular
I was doing running
Hitting the gym consistently
Thought I was eating well
And get I still had to go and wear a hoodie to cover myself up
But years on I walk around with a physique that I like and it’s not much effort to maintain
Simply because I know where to divert my efforts to
And when you have that, this physique journey becomes a pleasure
There is no such thing as the perfect time
Telling yourself you’ll get started when things are perfect is a lie you tell yourself to disguise your procrastination

You’re attacking the wrong problem when it comes to fat loss
See, you think that it is a motivation game
That you lack discipline as because of that, can’t stick to losing the fat
It isn’t for a lack of effort
You’ve probably tried at least one of the following…
Keto diet
Fasting
Skipping breakfast
Running
Swimming
Fitness classes
Bootcamp style workouts
Or cutting out all social events
All of which got you nowhere
Effort in, but not results back
So you blame the motivation
“I’m just not motivated to lose the fat”
Or the good old “I need to be more disciplined”
My friend, you’re a father who has kids that are raised well and a successful career to show for
You don’t achieve that by lacking discipline
So what is the real problem you have when it comes to losing fat?
One word
System
The same system you have to progress in your career
Or the ones you adopt in the house to raise the kids
You lack that when it comes to optimising your health
Mainly because you lack the clarity on how it actually bring it about
And so you keep blaming the motivation and discipline over, and over again
But when you realise the system is there to lose your belly, boost your energy, and like what you see back in the mirror…
The moment you realise the answer been there all along
And it is much easier than you thought
Self limiting beliefs around being in shape? Irradiated entirely

How long will you settle blaming motivation and discipline as to why you aren’t walking about with the physique and energy you desire
