⚠️ Incoming reset for the white auto-belay wall. ⚠️

We’re once again hosting the GB Climbing Ice Team Trials on Sunday 30th August 🧊⛏️

To get the wall ready, the white auto-belay wall will be closed from 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 while we strip, set and host the event.

🔧 Monday 31st: Routesetting will take place in the morning as normal, with the wall reopening in the afternoon with plenty of fresh routes ready to climb that evening.

🔩 Tuesday 1st: We’ll fill in the remaining panels in the morning, with the full reset planned to be complete and open from Tuesday afternoon.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭.

And if you fancy seeing something a little different, spectators are very welcome (and it’s free!) to come along on Sunday afternoon and watch some of the UK’s best ice climbers battle it out in the finals. 👀⛏️
Fresh routes incoming! 💪

A couple of weeks ago we went to Neilston! 🌞

Some had never climbed before and others were regulars at our gym. Either way, it was something for everyone.

Our performance squad had an ✨️amazing✨️ day at Neilston the other day. Climbing real rock, testing themselves on the abseil and, of course, enjoying the liquid sunshine ☔️🌞 ☔️

As part of their development we find very important to show them what else is out there🌳🏞🌳. Comps are great, training on plastic so much fun🤸‍♀️! Top it up with an outdoor crag and it is the perfect combination to use all the skills they have been learning indoors!
