Habit 1 ✅️ Journal Daily: I used to think this was a load of nonsense until I started doing this. It takes 5-10 minutes. Just write down your thoughts, what's bothering you, whats going well, what's not going well. This gives you a clearer mind going into the gym allowing to focus more on your training and not have a thousand other thoughts flying around your head.

Habit 2 ✅️ Block Social Media: I use
To block my social media from 10pm till 10am and from 2pm till 4pm when I'm in the gym, this eliminates distractions and allows me to focus on tasks at hand including being in the gym and training with intent.

Habit 3 ✅️ Read Daily: Training your mind is the same as training any muscle, you need to put in the reps to make it better. A sharper mind will allow you to build a better body.
