Guardian Girls Seminar GLASGOW SCOTLAND – Why Attend?

The Guardian Girls Seminar is a welcoming 90-minute session designed especially for women who have never trained in karate or martial arts before.

The session will introduce practical, easy-to-learn self-defence techniques, while helping participants develop greater confidence, awareness and belief in their own ability to respond in challenging situations.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Learn practical self-defence techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Develop confidence and greater awareness of their surroundings.

Learn simple techniques that can be applied regardless of previous experience or fitness level.

Build confidence in using their voice, movement and body language.

Meet and train alongside other women in a positive, supportive environment.

Discover that martial arts can be accessible to everyone.

There is no previous karate experience required. The focus is not on fighting, but on awareness, confidence, prevention and practical skills.

We are also reaching out to women’s shelters, support organisations and community groups to invite women who may particularly benefit from this opportunity.
