As Glasgow gets closer to welcoming all the teams competing in this years commonwealth games 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We are proud to be welcoming a number of the nations athletes to our brand new world class facility!

As part of this we have an agreement to host Team England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 throughout the games!

During this time members will be unable to access the Mind & Body Studio and Cafe.

Our Cafe will still be open though! We will have additional seating out at reception with the team taking orders from this area.

The vast majority of our Mind & Body and Spin classes will remain on in this time with these being relocated to the Spin Studio. Members will still have access to the Spin Studio via the Cafe during class times, with the location being updated on your app soon!

Prior to the change of location on the app please be aware that between the 17th of July to the 6th of August all Mind & Body classes are in the Spin Studio!
