Come behind the scenes on Pilates at Home and what it really looks like. It’s not super polished, it’s a real workout, filming by a real teacher - from home, ready for you to repeat and feel good from, at your home!
There are a few key bits that go into the set up… mainly planning the sessions, getting ready, feeling good, hyped up and in the zone for teaching you lovely lot!
The editing and upload is always exciting as I love putting new movement out there.
My favourite part is seeing the community say they’ve done the session and also what they thought - a challenge, good to stretch etc! And then cheering each other on too - it’s so special.

One of my favourite things about Pilates is the connections you make through it, the energy you share, the laughs over the names of the exercises, the laughs over the challenge…
I love welcoming people to the practice and making friends with clients too.
It’s so much more than a workout - it really adds to your life and your confidence. 💛
Keen to get moving? Comment with a 💛 and I’ll send you my free beginner guide.

Pregnancy and Post Natal services we offer. The main reason I started this was to offer these things.
If you’re in trimester one, and feel this might be for you once you reach 13 weeks, or if you’re in the thick of pregnancy and want to move - or maybe you’ve had your baby and you’re ready for some recovery and feeling strong again. I’m here for you!
No question is a silly one, no baby is too difficult to bring along or have on zoom and no one is too “unfit” to start, I promise you.
From one mumma and mumma to be, to another - I know it’s bloody hard to get moving - so don’t feel you have to put on a face for me.
I’m here to help you find the accountability and the routine you can then stick to.

We have all been there.
You’re having a good week, but you know come the weekend you’ll feel a bit “out of control”? These lists are for anyone having friends round, hosting brunch or afternoon shin digs this summer, who wants to know they’re still eating well and staying in line with the journey they’re working on.
To say, of course there is nothing wrong with enjoying the more indulgent options at a party at the weekend - and we all will do again - but this post is for those who are in the zone, determined to get the results they want and are keen to serve up healthy food that they know they can enjoy without worrying about eating all their calories by 2pm that day 🤦♀️
My nutrition coaching clients often say they are totally on track when it’s just them of midweek, but when the weekend comes and it’s time to eat out or hang with family and friends they struggle - hopefully these sorts of posts, or restaurant guidance, can help!
SAVE down or send to your partner or housemate ahead of the weekend so they can get on the same page 💛
Comment below with any other shopping lists or restaurant advice that might help you and I’ll look to create!
We’ve got this, let’s go 💪
Spend a working day with me 🙋♀️- as a Pilates teacher, Nutrition coach, Mum of toddler and dog Mumma. Lots of honest looks here 👀
An early rise always and a quick exit- but then a productive day! By the time Connor goes to bed I’m mostly knackered - and either have dins, a bath then bed, or watch some easy TV, read etc! Something to unwind 😅 Sometimes jump back on and do more work too, but trying to break that habit and use the hour before bed as full unwind time.
I find setting myself achievable healthy habits through the day makes such a difference - a healthy breakfast always, an outdoor walk at some point, fruit or vegetables with lunch, and same with dinner.
My usual thinking is make a meal colourful and you’re onto a winner 💚🍌🍊🍎🍑🥦🥙🍋
The chat about Pilates that alwaysssss scares people and most of it is nonsense - these are 5 of the silliest I think! Teachers and Pilates peeps - IYKYK.
Flexibility, age, price, the pace, and my old fave right now, pregnancy. Lots of chat around them all. What do you think?
This chat is why I created the beginner challenge this year - for non pregnant beginners who are keen to add 20-30 mins of movement to their day. Start slow and high five yourself every day for taking the time for you and your body. 💛
The battle as a Pilates teacher from Glasgow - don’t be too pushy about the method (annoying), but also, shout about it and tell everyone that it just makes you body move better.
Comment “Pilates” for a link to the free beginner at home challenge.
*TW pregnancy announcement*
The news is out… and as pretty much all my clients know now, I wanted to share it on here too - I’m pregnant. And feel very blessed to be. 💛
Pilates shaped my first pregnancy and post natal journey four years ago. It’s crazy to think back on it. I used to get up super early, eat overnight oats in bed, chill for 20 mins to let it digest a bit, then do Pilates in my bedroom - all before getting ready for my PR job in London. Then, when Connor was born, I’d do online sessions on my laptop in the dark before he woke up… I remember hunting for a British or Scottish teacher who was teaching pregnancy and post natal online and couldn’t find one…
I feel beyond thankful to be on this journey again and cannot wait to make the pregnancy pilates videos I wish I had access to the first time. And we’ve started already… 💪
Send on to any of your pregnant girlies - and let them know I welcome all questions.
I’m very aware this journey isn’t an easy one, so wanted to post as sensitively as possible - sending love to anyone going through it. 💛🌈
