This result is a special one for our gal as it’s watching her blossom into a tank from being so unwell for so long.
What this gal has been through you would never believe… but with being into an early menopause too along with health issues our Rach wanted to feel so much better in herself.
I mean look at the difference here & all we are doing is moving our body more, eating more and pushing as much as she can with increasing weights 🙌
Superstar if you ask me!

In full transparency, even I look back at old photos and think ‘I wish I still looked like that’
And even have bad body image days.
But I understand that these will definitely be a knock on effect from not putting my health first, whether that’s being out drinking or eating rubbish (I’m just back from 3 party holidays 😂🫣)
If you are someone who feels like this, what you need to do is have a talk with yourself to get a grip basically…

What I said in the video… we are so used to having everything on the click of a button on our phones, so when you actually have to WORK people get lazy.
If you’re a person in full health, you should not be taking any quick fixes and get your lazy arse to the gym/or any activity and work for that fat loss goal… because it’s not gonna come easy 😛👀
