These are just a few of the moments Iโve loved inside our community recently. Theyโre the reason I do what I do. This is exactly what Warrior Chic is all about.

I donโt say this to brag.
I say it because Iโve been where you areโฆ in the pits, not wanting to live anymore because your endo is so bad that itโs consuming your life and youโre in so much pain so you donโt see the point.
If youโre living with endometriosis, I want you to know this: your life is worth living and it is possible to still live the life you want to live!
But I wonโt BS you, youโve got work to do to get to this point and even then it doesnโt stop!
Comment STRONG and letโs chat about where you should start ๐โจ
From chasing smaller to building a strong fit body and robust mindset!
Thatโs what itโs all about ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
She dipped in and out, convinced she could do it on her own. But what she realised was that it wasnโt another diet or more willpower that was missing, it was support, accountability and a community that genuinely had her back.
When Claire joined Warrior Chic in February 2025, everything started to change.
From being super focused on the scale weight and the diet culture to focussing on being strong and fit so that she is capable of doing this with her kids!
These days, the number on the scales doesnโt define her success. Instead, sheโs focused on being fit enough to run with her boys, strong enough to keep up with them, and healthy enough to enjoy every moment without holding herself back.
Because the goal isnโt to take up less space.
The goal is to build a body that lets you live a bigger life.
Claire, weโre so proud of everything youโve achieved. ๐
Thanks for being a Warrior Chic ๐ซถ๐ฝ
If this sounds like the mindset shift youโve been looking for, send me a message with STRONG, our doors are open this week!

โI was miserable because all I did was work.โ
That was one of the reasons joined
Like so many women, sheโd spent years putting work and everyone else first.
Neglecting herself.
She wasnโt just looking for somewhere to exercise (although she did want to see what she was capable of). She was looking for something sheโd lost along the wayโฆ.
Since joining over 3 years ago, sheโs found a community, a sense of belonging, and a happier version of herself.
One thing she said really stuck with me:
โItโs all in the mind. It doesnโt matter what exercise you do.โ
I always say that exercise is the smallest part of what we do because lasting change is about working on daily habits and the things we call basics to ensure that it becomes a lifestyle.
And it helps when you find something you enjoy, people who support you, and a place that makes you want to keep showing up.
Thatโs what Warrior Chic has always been about ๐
If youโre looking for more than just another gym, weโd love to welcome you.

Itโs been 10 days since the comp and I havenโt trainedโฆ
This is a perfect example of what I coach inside our programmes.
One weekend I was standing on a competition floor, pushing my body to its limits - beyond what I thought I was capable of with Endo!
A few days later I was by a pool, stretching, walking, sleeping, eating, reading and slowing everything down while getting ready to host our Warrior Chic retreat.
Years ago I wouldโve thought one cancelled out the other.
I thought if I rested Iโd be losing all my โgainsโ.
Train hardโฆ
Pushโฆ
Rest when it was too lateโฆ or when I was injured.
In all honesty I used to think I was either being productiveโฆ or being lazy.
Now I know they work together.
Personally for me the competition wasnโt possible without this recovery period, specially with endo!
I needed it not just physically but mentally too.
Then I was into the retreat which reminded me that sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow down.
So many women think they have to be โall inโ all the time.
But thatโs exactly what leads to burnout, flare-ups, inconsistency with all the basics and feeling like youโre constantly starting over again.
Health and fitness isnโt about always pushing.
Itโs about knowing when your body needs more and when it needs less.
Not waiting until you physically canโt do more!
Thatโs what we work on inside Warrior Chic.
Not perfection.
Not punishment.
Learning to trust your body again and work with it not against it.
Comment below if you need to learn when to rest and stop pushing so much!

๐A few days in Malaga recoveringโฆ
It looked very different to my usual routine.
โ๏ธ Long walks in sunshine sightseeing
๐ด Extra sleep when Iโve needed it
๐ฝ๏ธ Delicious food without overthinking it
๐ Reading and listening to podcasts
๐ Time by the pool
๐น A few drinks thrown in too
Would I recommend alcohol as a recovery tool? Definitely not but I only had a few ๐คซ
Just giving my body and mind exactly what they needed after a busy 4/5 months of building the TL Method, a solid training block for the comp off the back of a block for my last comp, coaching, working on the Warrior Chic community, preparing for retreats, etc - this is exactly what I needed.
Recovery for me is about stepping away from the pressure of business, slowing down, reducing stress, giving my mind a break and allowing my body to recharge.
And rest and recovery is one of the key parts to managing my Endo too so I implement a lot of time filling my cup.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do for your health, performance and wellbeing is to rest.
And not feel guilty about it.
