Life and Light Yoga

Myself and a group of Life and Light Yoga students have signed up to take part in Scotland’s biggest charity yoga event which is being held in the SECC on Sunday 13th September, to raise funds for the Beatson Cancer Charity.

It would be great if you could join us! You don’t even need to own a yoga mat as each participant will receive a free yoga mat and goody bag! No yoga experience is necessary so just come along, have a good stretch and have lots of fun doing it! 🤩
