Move more for better health and confidence 🚶 is free, doesn't require specialist equipment and can be done from the comfort of your home!

Dedicating a small amount of time throughout your day to move more can increase muscle strength, improves balance and can boost your confidence. It might be a gentle home workout, a walk to the local shops, a stroll with the grandkids or a cheeky jig while you wait for the kettle to boil!
