Two guys that know a thing or two about being the best in Scotland.

Stuart Richardson bagged the Scottish title in April 2025 before successfully defending it a few months later in September.

Fraser Wilkinson is a two weight Scottish Champion, picking up the Super Welterweight title back in 2022 and then the Middleweight title in 2025.

Next up, the pair meet on our 𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓 on Thursday 10th September!

Will it be another successful defence for 1314 champion? Or will Fraser be returning to Aberdeen a three weight Scottish Champion?

We’re delighted to welcome Liam Henry to the St Andrew’s Sporting Club stable as he prepares to take the next step in his boxing career.

The Clydebank boxer brings plenty of amateur experience with D-Unit Boxing Club, becoming a Western District Champion, Scottish Intermediate Champion and William Wallace Box Cup Champion.

Now making the move into the professional ranks, Liam is ready to find out just how far he can take the sport.

“It was always something I wanted to do. I’ve put so much into boxing over the years and I wanted to find out how far I could actually take it. I didn’t want to look back and wonder what I could’ve achieved if I’d given it a proper shot. Turning professional felt like the right time to take that chance and see where it can take me.”

After sitting down with Iain and getting to know the team, Liam felt St Andrew’s was the right environment to begin this new chapter.

“I felt comfortable with Iain and the team straight away. I trust them, and I know they genuinely want to see me do well. I just felt it was the right place for me to develop and build my career.”

With Colin Belshaw in his corner, Liam now has his sights firmly set on making the most of his opportunity in the professional game.

“I want to see how far I can take it. I’ve got big ambitions and want to win titles, but most importantly, I want to know I gave everything I had and made the most of the opportunity.”

It didn’t all go to plan for Bongani Hapazari as he kicked off his professional journey last night, sharing the ring with Cesar Ignacio Paredes.

He started the contest well but the experienced Peruvian finished strong to see the scorecard read 38-38 and earn a draw.

A good learning experience for Bongani who will regroup and come back stronger 👊
