If you’re starting to invert (go upside down) and looking to build on your strength, control and technique - this is the stage for you.

Intermediate classes are where things really start to come together. You’ll refine your transitions, learn new combos and explore moves that take your training to the next level.

Not sure if you’re quite there yet? Just ask! Your instructor will happily guide you on when it’s the right time to make the jump.
