📣 Hello Peeps…
This is a friendly reminder about cancelling class bookings through our online system. If you find that you can no longer attend a class you’ve booked, please cancel your booking as soon as possible. This allows us to open up the spot to other students who may be waitlisted.
Cancelling at least 48 hours in advance is ideal, as this ensures you won’t lose the class booking. But cancelling at any time is appreciated, as it gives more students the chance to participate.
Remember, if you cancel at least 2 days before the class starts, you won’t lose the booking. So cancel as soon as you know you can’t attend!
Thanks for your cooperation with this – it makes running classes smoother for everyone.
Let us know if you have any questions!

THIS SUNDAY!!!
Who wants to come get creative??
Get ready to give your old pole shoes a whole new lease of life! We’re bringing a wee bit of shimmer and heading to the Braw Wee Studios with SHINE SWAP & SELL event!
This is your chance to roll up your sleeves, have a laugh, and learn how to transform your tired Pole heels glittering, gleaming works of wearable art.
We will then have an opportunity to swap and sell your pole items! Ideal for that summer clear out or grab your self a bargain!
Please note:
Your shoes should be leather or faux leather (non-porous materials work best). Unfortunately, canvas and suede won’t work for this technique. Patent shoes/ bags are absolutely fine!

When Pole Physique moved to Argyle Street, the atmosphere
shifted completely.
The space felt intimate, stylish and full of personality.
Heels became a huge part of the studio identity and this era introduced a generation of incredibly strong dancers and performers.
For many students, this version of PP is the one they remember
most clearly.
I know a lot following will be from the Argyle St era, we would love to hear from you!! Drop a comment, tell us your joining story or your favourite moment!

As Pole Physique grew, so did the need for a space that could
grow with it.
The move to Jamaica Street marked a huge turning point for the
studio.
Classes were bigger, the community expanded and Pole Physique began to feel established in a whole new way. For a lot of people, this era holds some of their strongest memories.
As part of celebrating 20 years of Pole Physique, we’re looking back at where it all began.
