ON POINTE DANCE ACADEMY has been established since 2014 and was founded by professional dance artist Megan Hilditch. Classes are currently every Monday at the NCT Centre, Newmains. We cater for both children and adults age 3+.

Celebrating our pupils 🌟 Well done who performed in his school show “Footloose” throughout the course of this week. He played the role of Chuck and by the sounds of it done amazing! Sorry I couldn’t come see it (although you kept that one quiet mr!!! 😂). Super proud of our pupils and their wider achievements! Good for you Joshua for going for it, being a main part requires confidence, dedication and passion, all of which you excel in! Super proud of you x

It’s happening & we cannot wait! We have so many exciting things planned for our new competition teams. Coach Alex will be joining the OPDA team and we are so thankful to be working with her. Alex has vast experience when it comes to the competing and dance industry. Having trained at one of Britain’s top dance colleges , competed at many events, as well as working and training professionally in London for the past 3 years, she has so much to offer and teach our pupils! Massive shout out to our girl Charli for attaining subject prize for Nat 5 Dance. She was given this award for having the highest marks in her year 🌟 well done Charli, super proud of you! The sky is the limit 💜 this girls confidence has went from strength to strength, I can tell just how much she loves to dance and is always eager to learn something new.
