Congratulations to Baillieston’s Sue Feeney, Margaret Hicks and Laura Welsh on winning the Bowls Scotland Ladies Triples title.

They defeated Tranent 15-13 in the final.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of one of our lady members Grace Maguire.
Grace was a member for many years and enjoyed bowling competitively. Despite health problems Grace returned to bowling and was seen on the green often with her husband and friend. Her recent illness was borne with courage and was up watching the bowling 2 weeks ago .
Our deepest sympathy and thoughts are to Micheal and family at this sad time .
Graces funeral to be held on Friday 21st August at 1.45pm At Daldowie and afterwards At Baillieston Bowling Club.

Good luck to everyone representing the club at the National championships at Northfield, Ayr next week.

A fantastic day at Garrowhills pageant day the theme being bowls through the ages a well organised event which was well supported by the community also Baillieston ladies won the ladies tournament @
