Today saw the last of our Finals for 2026 be played, a massive thank you to everyone who helped all the finals run smoothly & thank you to all the spectators who came to watch across the 6 days, they were treated to excellent bowls throughout!

Scotland Para Squad Set for Ireland Test Match
Bowls Scotland is delighted to announce the squad selected to take on Ireland at the National Centre for Bowling in Ayr on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September for an exciting international Para Test Match.
The fixture provides a fantastic opportunity for Scotland's para bowlers to test themselves against quality opposition, gain valuable international experience and continue their development on the world stage. It also showcases the continued growth and strength of para bowls in Scotland and the opportunities available within our sport.

Good morning bowlers!
After last nights successes for Andrew Byron in the Gents Presidents and Linda Fleming/Sophie Sands in the Ladies Balloted Pairs we have a further busy day of competition with all our matches starting at midday.
David Gordon and Jim Murdoch do battle in the Gents Vice Presidents. Whilst Kirsty Wood and Linda Fleming compete for the Peter Rose Bowl. Andrew Byron and Ross Reid have a mild tussle for the Beaufort title.
The Sun is out, the beer cold and the Green is open!! Hope to see you all later!!

Massive congratulations to Andrew Fleming on his selection to represent Scotland in the Atlantic International Challenge in Ireland from 6th-9th September!
It's been a great 1st season at the Club for Andrew, hopefully this continues!

Bowls Scotland is delighted to announce the 18 players and directors selected to represent Scotland at the 2026 Atlantic International Challenge in Belfast, Ireland, from 6-9 September.
Bringing together international experience, national champions, Commonwealth Games representatives and exciting emerging talent, the squad will compete against Canada, Ireland and the USA across four days of high-quality international competition.

This is open to members & non-members.
For those who have not played Aussie Pairs previously it takes a 2-4-2 format. 'Lead' plays 2 bowls, 'Skip' plays 4, 'Lead' plays last 2.
This is sure to be an excellent day so don't miss out!

As another night draws to a close we finish with Colin and Kirsty Wood taking the Mixed Pairs title and another tight game (tie break end) and finishing in flood lit conditions (security light) leaving Jim Murdoch Elliot and Ross Reid the Men’s Triple winners.
