The first full week of the final grand tour of the season ended in dramatic fashion.
Oscar Onley sits in fourth place after a superb performance yesterday on the Alto de Aitana where he finished second on the same time as race leader Enric Mas.
The abandonment of Tadej Pogacar following a crash on Stage 8 has quickly made the race one of the most open grand tours in years.

We did have two Scottish National Championship races at West Lothian Cycle Circuit this afternoon.
Karen Outram (Falkirk BC) sprinted to the win to take both the Senior and Masters 40 Female Championship, with Heather Shanks (North Argyll CC) in second, and Niamh Campbell Williams (Loughborough Students) in third place.
Tess Byrne (Solas Cycling) claimed the junior victory from Carys Murrison (University of Aberdeen). Helen Winton (Vanelli-Project Go) won the Masters 50 Championship
Davie Lines (Wheelbase CabTech Castelli) won out in the Masters 40 race, as part of the winning four man move, from Richard McDonald (Vanelli-Project Go). Ross Crook (RT23) claimed the Masters 50 victory, Andrew Bruce (Vanelli-Project Go) claimed silver, and Douglas Cameron in bronze.
Racing was suspended following a single-rider incident at the end of the Open Masters race, we wish the rider involved well with their recovery.
Due to the delay, and venue availability racing was unable to be completed for the Senior and Junior open race. As per our statement earlier, we'll have a wider update vis-a-vis Senior and Junior Open Championships in the coming days.
