Summer of Sport is here at Allan Glen’s RFC!

We’re delighted to be hosting FREE rugby sessions every Friday throughout July as part of the 2026 Summer of Sport programme!

📅 Every Friday: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st July
⏰ S1–S3: 10:00am–11:00am
⏰ S4–S6: 11:30am–12:30pm

These sessions are open to boys and girls of all abilities—whether you’re completely new to rugby or already play, everyone is welcome!

Expect fun games, rugby skills, small-sided matches, teamwork, confidence building and plenty of enjoyment in a friendly environment.

Pre-Season Starts This Week! 🏉

Just a reminder that pre-season training gets underway this Saturday at 11:00am at The Bearyards for our 1XV, 2XV & U18s.

Pre-season training will then continue every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00–8:30pm, so make sure you get the dates in your diary.

Whether you’re returning for another season or joining us for the first time, we’d love to see you there. Let’s put the work in and build towards a great season together!

We're Hiring – Women & Girls Community Coach

Allan Glen's RFC is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Women & Girls Community Coach to help grow and develop women's and girls' rugby within our club and local community.

This is an exciting opportunity to:
✅ Deliver fun, engaging and inclusive coaching sessions.
✅ Support the development of girls' rugby from primary school through to youth level.
✅ Work with schools and community groups to inspire new players.
✅ Help create a positive, welcoming and inclusive rugby environment.
✅ Play a key role in the continued growth of women's and girls' rugby at Allan Glen's RFC.

📍 Location: Allan Glen's RFC, local schools and community venues
🕒 Hours: 8 hours per week
💷 Rate: £15 per hour
