It was a challenging day across the league as players battled through some difficult weather conditions.

Comets 12 Eclipse 1

The Comets took another win at Tollcross, but Eclipse kept battling right to the final out despite the conditions.

Angels 17 Glasgow AAA 5

With injuries and limited numbers, some Single A players stepped up to help out Glasgow AAA. A big thank you to everyone who pulled together to make sure the game could go ahead.

Another weekend in the books, with plenty of resilience and team spirit on show across the Glasgow clubs. ⚾

It’s the fourth and final meeting between these two sides this season. Every game so far has been closely contested.

AAA welcome the Angels to Glasgow as they look to continue their strong run of form and make home advantage count.

🌧️⚾ Scrimmage & Youth Baseball Cancelled Tonight ⚾🌧️

Unfortunately, tonight’s scrimmage and youth baseball sessions have been cancelled.

With the forecast showing heavy rain from around 4pm onwards, and the heavens set to open, it’s the right call to protect both the players and the field.

Hopefully the Scottish summer remembers it’s supposed to be summer next time!

A mixed afternoon for the Glasgow sides, with plenty of excitement at Tollcross Park.

Eclipse 17 Breakers 4

Eclipse picked up their second win of the season in style, putting together their most convincing performance yet. Strong pitching, solid defence, and timely hitting saw them pull away for a deserved victory.

Galaxy 8 Knights 9

Galaxy came within a run of a big result, battling right to the final out in another closely fought contest with the Knights.

Another entertaining day of baseball and plenty to build on as the season rolls on. ⚾

A great day of A League baseball is in store this Sunday at Tollcross Park, with two games taking place.

The afternoon matchup is a bit of a rarity, with A League baseball taking place at 2pm, so if you can’t make the morning game, you’ve got another chance to catch some action later in the day.

Whether you’re a regular at the ballpark or thinking of coming along for the first time, we’d love to see you there. ⚾

Training is ON tonight, but with temperatures expected to reach around 29°C, we’ll be taking things a little more carefully.

If you’re coming along, please make sure you:
💧 Bring plenty of water.
🧢 Wear a hat or cap at all times.
🧴 Apply sunscreen before training.
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing where possible.
🌳 Take breaks if you need them and let us know if you’re feeling unwell.

Looking after ourselves and each other comes first.

Another nail-biter in Edinburgh. AAA battled throughout but the Cannons edged a tightly contested game.
