Brilliant session for Glasgow City Boxing Club last night.

The team is looking forward to the new season. First up we have boxers in action at Crowne Plaza Glasgow on Friday 4th September.

The inaugural Scottish Combat Sport Awards will be held on Saturday 16th January 2027. It’s great to see the combat sports industry getting recognition and an event like this being organised 🙌🏻

Presented as part of the Glasgow 2026 Festival, The Standing Eight is a new verbatim theatre production bringing the real voices of women in boxing to the stage. Built from interviews with 8 women from Scotland’s boxing communities, the piece explores the experiences, identities and challenges that shape their journeys within the sport.

Team Uganda 🇺🇬

It was great to host the Ugandan Boxing Team in our gym today. They popped over with Nassar Lule ahead of the Commonwealth Games action getting underway.
