What a fantastic day to hold the Gent's vs Ladies Peacock Trophy. Luckily the weather was kind for us & we had the biggest turnout since our new Club was built. Congratulations to the Men on winning across all the games to win back the Trophy!
Big thanks to everyone that helped organise & set up for the day + all the volunteer bar staff for all their hard work. As always these days do not go ahead without members putting their names on sheets-hoping to continue & grow in the years ahead!

Tonight saw the first of the Gent's Final's being played. The Gent's Nominated Pairs Final was a family affair between the Murray brothers & the Father & Son Beggs playing for the trophy.
After a closely fought & exciting match that went right to the last end the Murray brothers won out on the night. Hard lines to the Begg's & congratulations to the Murrays.

Well done to the Singles & Pairs for progressing to Thursday's Champion of Champion semi-finals being played at Brookfield. Hard lines to the Triples, Fours & 3 Bowl Pairs.

Our Quiz afternoon is now Sold Out! Thanks to everyone that has bought tickets-looking forward to seeing you at the Club with your thinking caps on 🧠🏆

Today the ladies held their balloted triples competition with 5 teams competing in a round robin series of games. After some good bowls, some not so good bowls but definitely a lot of fun & laughs, the winners were: Linda Munro, Ellen Murray & Annette Urquhart.🏆

Tonight sees the Triples & Fours teams play their first games in the Ladies J & D Champion of Champions. The Singles, Pairs & 3 Bowl Pairs teams play on Sunday 23rd - with the Club also hosting games on Sunday. Good luck to everyone out representing the Club.

🏆Today saw the first of the Ladies Finals for this bowling season take place.
The Norris Trophy was contested between Carol Bates & Margaret Campbell-congratulations to Margaret on winning this afternoon. Tonight saw the President's Singles take place between Annette Urquhart & Anne Neil- congratulations to Anne on winning🏆
