Good luck to Kayden and Kyle Young, Liam Grantham and Iain McMillan in the final of the GBA U45s this afternoon at Partick BC 🤞🏻👍🏻

This season's Northfield adventure ended earlier today as our Ladies Triples (Leah McCloy, Yvonne Grieve and Jess Weir) lost out by a single shot in their Quarter Final match against Auchinleck.

The day started with an excellent win in their second round game then our ladies had a good break before the QF. Unfortunately they were u able to carve out what would have been an excellent comeback, narrowly losing by the smallest of margins 😭

All of our players have done themselves and the Club proud with their efforts over the last week 👍🏻👏🏻

Lastly, a huge thanks to everyone who gave their support - whether it be good luck messages or going down to Northfield - it really does make a difference 😃

Well done to Leah McCloy, Yvonne Grieve and Jess Weir on their 1st round win today in the Ladies Triples at Northfield 👏🏻

They move on to the last 16 and are in action at 930am tomorrow. Good luck girls 🤞🏻👍🏻

Unfortunately Liam Grantham lost out in his Gents Singles 1st round game 😢

We have a number of semi finals coming up over the next few days and our first final - Gents 4s - on Monday evening.

Unfortunately Vinnie McCulloch (Over 55s Singles) and Margaret Kelly, Sheila McLaren, Linda Walls and Lorraine Coyle (Over 55s Fours) lost out in their 1st round games 😢

It was mixed fortunes for our Youths at Northfield today on Day 1 of the National Championships.

Our Triples (Richard Chapman, Zak Harte and Roddy Keir) lost out to a very good and experienced older team. Despite their loss, they played very well and can be proud of their performance 👏🏻

In the Singles, Kayden Young is through to the Quarter Finals after 2 wins this afternoon 👍🏻 Well done 👏🏻

Kayden is back on at 1pm tomorrow. He will be joined by Vinnie McCulloch (O55 singles) at 230pm and Margaret Kelly, Sheila McLaren, Linda Walls and Lorraine Coyle (O55 fours) at 330pm.
