The thing about losing 10lb isn’t the 10lbs.
It’s that I did it without giving up wine. Without skipping meals out. Without turning into someone who weighs their food at a dinner party like an absolute weirdo (IYKYK)
I just got my steps up, hit my protein most days, and stopped treating one bad weekend like I’d ruined everything.
That’s it. That’s the whole secret.
No 1200 calorie nonsense. No “earning” my food. No starting again every Monday because I “fell off”.

Three weeks of chaos, zero routine and some truly questionable meal choices. That’s my honest update.

It can be “I want to stop feeling exhausted by midday”
It can be “I want to actually enjoy my food without guilt”

That’s enough. That’s more than enough.
