Nitshill Bowling Club

Well what can we say from the minute the gates opened till they closed you turned out in numbers. Would like to thank everyone who made it possible to all vendors, bowling club members, bar staff, kitchen staff and local councillors what a day we had. And the sun shined the full day for us and was also great to see so many people trying out playing bowls.

Let the summer fun begin this Sunday at nitshill and Hurlet bowling club

Fun for everyone, 18 vendors and stalls, bouncy castle, face paint, glitter tattoos, games, food & drink 🍻

Charities,emergency services, first aid training .

Massive Raffle with lots of prizes

Due to weather that has potential to change all stalls will be indoors to protect everyone.

Hopefully everyone will have a shot at bowls and if you like it please asked our members on Green about joining.

Finally a sunny day and what a great day for a game a bowls yesterday great game food and beer flowing.

And to top it off we only went and won the trophy. Wont embarrass pollockshaws with posting the score but when only 1 rink of yours wins then 🤷‍♂️😆

Cracking day well done to all involved

To all the pollockshaws lads always a great day see you next year we're we will retain the title.

And to top it if a birthday celebration for MR John Davidson who can't decide on the best club so he plays for both

Just a reminder that Donny Fraser’s funeral is today, 3pm at the Hurlet Crematorium then back to the club after. We will open the Prestwick street gate as the carpark will be limited.

With less than 2 weeks to our big fun day we're the whole community is invited to come along and have some fun with great activities great vendors and why not try some bowls

Councillors, police, ambulance,first aiders charities all going to be at the event.
