Specialising in Sport Psychology, Jeffrey is a graduate of the ‘Psychology of Sport’ Masters Degree course at University of Stirling - the only Sport Psychology Masters program in Scotland to be accredited by the British Psychological Society. Exercise is just as much about the mind as it is the body 🧠🏋️‍♂️

Really buzzed to be working with the coaches and clients at

Over the last while, I’ve been delivering group sessions and 1-1 support with their brilliant coaching team — and from tonight, I’ll be starting to work directly with some of their clients too 📈

Because getting results comes from having the right programme AND the right mindset ✅

I’m really excited to help the MTN community understand that side of training a little better — and develop a mindset that helps them get more from their training 🌱🧠

I’m sure we can all relate to at least one of these work-ons 🧠

I always try and emphasise to athletes, performers and exercisers that we can TRAIN these - just like we train our bodies 🏋️

If we don’t, we end up just leaving our mental game to chance.
